Today I’m going to talk about outsourcing and how it solves most of the problems an online entrepreneur faces.
Here’s the dilemma we face- we can either:
1. Take days, weeks, months, or even years to acquire the skills necessary to build our business.
2. Or… we can outsource it to someone who already has the skills and get more done in less time.
Are You Getting Bottle-Necked?
The term bottle-neck is referring to situations where performance is limited due to certain factors. For example, let’s say you want to build a twitter following and you’ve just recently purchased a software that helps with that, but you can’t figure out how to use it?
You’ve just gotten bottle-necked! And, as a result, your twitter following doesn’t increase.
During the course of building your online business, you’ll come across many “bottle-necks”.
Here are some of the bottle-necks that you may experience:
- website design
- twitter page design
- facebook page design
- SEO (search engine optimization)
- article marketing
How to Avoid Getting Bottle-Necked?
Outsource! Now, you’re probably aware of this, but outsourcing costs money. You’ll need to be the judge of whether you want to spend the time to learn those skills or fork out some money to someone who does.
I’ve outsourced many things: twitter design, facebook page design, copywriting, and website design. You can outsource just about anything.
There are many outsourcing sites online. My favorite site is Elance. (I am not affiliated with them in any way.)
Elance is pretty easy to use, but if for some reason you are having any difficulty, you’re welcome to contact me!
