If you’re building an MLM business and you need leads, then blogging may very well be your answer. There are a few strategies that help you get leads. In this post I will cover these points:
- Ranking your posts
- Building a readership
As of right now, I’m guest-posting several articles a week. Guest-posting has a few benefits:
- Grows your readership
- Gets you backlinks
- Helps you achieve ‘expert’ status
- Improves your Page Rank
When guest-posting, you will benefit the most if you find blogs that higher Page Rank than yourself. The higher the Page Rank the better chance you stand at ranking your content. This what a lot of the “guru’s” would call quality backlinks. By using this strategy, I’ve gone from a 0 page rank to a 3 page rank in less than 3 months.
2. Ranking your posts
This is one of the most difficult strategy for new marketers to grasp. As there are many skill-sets within this strategy that you have to master. These skill-sets include:
- Keyword research
- Content creation
- On-site optimization
- Backlink creation
And, in that order too. The way I get my content ranked is to target keywords that I believe network marketers are typing into Google Search. 99% of them aren’t looking for a company, as they are already happy with the one they’re in. They want training and it’s your job to give it to them. You make your content seen and accessible when it’s on Google’s first page. I didn’t get any leads until I had first page rankings.
3. Building a readership
All the “guru’s” that you see making tons of money have been online a while. They’ve had time to get their posts ranked and build a readership. They have a list, a loyal following & readership. That’s why they’re able to do so well whenever a new product is launched. All it takes is one little email to their list and they’ll have dozens, if not hundreds, of new sales. You will be wise to build a readership.

- Paid advertising (solo ads, ppc, etc)
